Great Bay Business Center is a new, high-bay industrial/distribution facility with great proximity to highways and employee amenties. The 136,000 sq. ft. building can be split into four units ranging in size from 31,000 sq. ft. to 36,000 sq. ft.

Great Bay Business Center is constructed of smooth-skin architectural steel panels over split-face masonry on a steel frame. The 32-foot clear space features ESFR sprinklers for maximum storage height and an internally drained, long-lasting rubber membrane roof. The facility is served by public water and sewer and underground electric service.
