Great Bay Business Center is being developed by Astoria Properties LLC, and designed and built by Opechee Construction Corporation of Belmont, New Hampshire. Opechee is a professional design-build firm with 27 years experience in the design and construction of office, institutional, hospitality, industrial and commercial facilities throughout New England. Astoria is the real estate development and brokerage affiliate of Opechee, and the two companies work together seamlessly to deliver high-quality facilities.
Opechee employs a team of architects, engineers, real estate professionals, construction project managers and legal counsel, all working together under one roof to provide a comprehensive range of integrated development and design-build project delivery services. This integrated approach allows us to develop, permit and build facilities faster and more economically than competitors who rely on separate engineers, architects, lawyers, and contractors, each with their own agenda and profit in mind.
Astoria is headed by Greg Kirsch, who brings an array of real estate, construction, legal and business experience to the table. Mr. Kirsch graduated from Harvard College in 1980, and earned his M.B.A. and J.D. from the University of Virginia. He is an active member of the New Hampshire Bar and is a licensed commercial real estate broker, and he has been involved in real estate and construction as a principal and as a lawyer since 1986.
